Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Spokane Pro Movers ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, moving locations, move date, and any notes about your move. We may also collect standard technical information (like your browser type and pages viewed) through analytics tools to help us improve the site.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a moving quote
- To contact you about your move by phone, text, or email
- To schedule and provide moving services you request
- To improve our website and services
By submitting our quote form, you agree that we may contact you about your move by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the details you give us with trusted service providers who help us operate our business and website, and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
We also share limited information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed, with advertising and measurement providers including Google and Meta (Facebook). This lets us measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who have already visited our site. Some state privacy laws, including California's, treat that kind of sharing for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. You can opt out. See Your privacy choices below.
Service providers we use
- SmartMoving. Our quote form is provided by SmartMoving, the software we use to manage quotes and bookings. The details you type into the quote form go directly to SmartMoving and are stored there for us.
- Google. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure our ads, including when someone calls us or starts a quote after clicking an ad.
- Meta (Facebook). We use the Meta pixel to measure our ads and to show our ads to past visitors.
- PostHog. We use PostHog analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they use the site. Session recording, automatic click/input capture, and person-profile creation are turned off. We retain limited page, phone-click, email-click and quote-interaction events. Query strings and form contents are excluded from these PostHog events.
- Cloudflare. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides us with web analytics that do not use cookies.
- OpenStreetMap. The map on our contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address when the map loads.
Phone calls
Calls placed to the phone number shown in some of our Google ads, including Google Local Services ads, may be recorded by Google and made available to us so we can review the call and the quality of the lead.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to support our advertising. This includes tools from Google, PostHog, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which places a cookie so we can measure our ads and reach past visitors with them later. Before measurement loads, we remove unrecognized query parameters and retain validated campaign/click identifiers only when permitted. Recognized page-section links keep working. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices
You may request that we update or delete the information we have about you by contacting us using the details below.
You can also opt out of targeted advertising. Email us at the address below and ask us to stop, or change your ad settings directly with the platforms at facebook.com/adpreferences and adssettings.google.com. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies.
Your privacy choices
You can opt out of the sharing for targeted advertising described above with the button below. Once you opt out, this browser will no longer load the Meta pixel on our site, and Google's tags will be told not to use advertising cookies or your data for ad personalization. Google may still receive basic measurement signals without advertising cookies, and our analytics tools keep working.
We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we apply the same opt-out automatically. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them.
Your choice is normally saved in this browser only. If browser storage is blocked, we try tab storage and explain whether the choice applies only to this tab or this page. Clearing browser data or using another browser or device may require choosing again.
